Role Description
Full-time, on-site role (Mumbai).
Own the sales engine from first conversation to closure.
Drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and manage the full sales cycle. Translate offerings into sharp, compelling narratives across pitches and decks. Work closely with the team to shape growth strategy and deliver consistent revenue outcomes.
Qualifications
12 years of experience in field or outbound sales
Strong communication and client handling skills
Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
Comfort managing end-to-end sales cycles
Creative thinking with strong PPT / sales deck skills
Ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging and pitches
Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and refine approach
Hands-on with CRM and sales tracking
Experience in B2B / commerce ecosystems preferred
- Relevant degree is good to have, not critical
