Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Specialist Cybersecurity & GRC. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting product demonstrations and training sessions. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, fostering client partnerships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets within the cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Sales Specialist passionate about selling Cybersecurity and GRC consulting services. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all aspects of Sales & Business Development initiatives for Cybersecurity and GRC services.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new leads via calls, references, bids, and campaigns; build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Handle business proposals, track POs and invoices, and maintain accurate records for reporting.
  • Communicate with prospective clients, schedule meetings, and ensure excellent customer service to maintain loyalty.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to generate leads and align business development plans with organizational goals.
  • Participate in formulating business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and leads.
  • Understand tender procurement processes and governance frameworks in complex corporate environments.
  • Drive account growth across Enterprise/Corporate verticals and open new large accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis and create strategies for marketing to drive growth and opportunities.



Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity principles , GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS), and IT security services.
  • Familiarity with ASV Scan tools (Qualys, Tenable, TAC Security).
  • Knowledge of Information Security products, system integration, and IT sales processes.
  • Ability to think analytically and present innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation/closure capabilities.



Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business or MBA in Sales.
  • 4+ years of sales/account management experience in IT & Cybersecurity.
  • High self-motivation, quick learning ability, and flexibility.



Compensation Details

  • The Annual CTC includes 30% variable pay as part of the total package, which is a target-driven performance bonus .
  • There is no cap limit , but defined numbers ensure that if someone delivers 100% of targets , they receive 100% of the bonus .
