Role Description
We are looking for a candidate for Instrumentation sales to process industries .
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the sales management team. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, managing relationships with existing clients, and supporting them through the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent support
- Experience in Sales, including lead generation, developing client relationships, and closing deals
- Proficiency in Sales Management and the ability to track sales performance while achieving targets
- Capability in providing Training to team members to improve sales outcomes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented role; experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an added advantage
