Work Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Work Schedule: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST (Full-Time)

Job Summary

The Sales Back Office Executive supports the sales team in the aviation parts business by managing quotations, sales orders, documentation, and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate records, and timely delivery of aviation components while complying with aviation industry standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales quotations , purchase orders, and sales orders for aviation parts and components
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support customer inquiries, pricing, and order follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, deliveries, and customer data
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics teams regarding availability, lead times, and shipments
  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with aviation regulations and quality standards

(e.g., certificates, traceability documents)

  • Track order status from confirmation to delivery and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare invoices and support the finance team with billing and payment follow-ups
  • Update ERP/CRM systems with sales and customer information
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining organized and complete documentation


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in sales support or back office operations , preferably in aviation, aerospace, or parts trading
  • Basic understanding of aviation parts, components, and documentation (e.g., certificates of conformity, traceability)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and in a team environment


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with aircraft parts distributors, MROs, or airlines
  • Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and Incoterms
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory bodies (FAA, EASA, etc.)


Work Environment

  • Office-based role with regular coordination with sales, logistics, and finance teams
  • May involve interaction with international customers and suppliers
