Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT Sales
- Excellent Communication Skills (in Speaking & Writing).
- Track record of overachieving targets
- Strong phone presence and experience and ability to engage people over the phone.
- Build Solid customer relationship skills with ability to build/manage relationships.
- Knowledge of cloud / software technology
