Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all walk-ins and members
• Handle calls, WhatsApp and digital inquiries
• Explain BeatBox programs, memberships, and challenges
• Convert leads into active members
• Manage front desk operations and daily reports
• Support studio events and promotions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales or front desk experience preferred (gym / hospitality / retail a plus)
• Target-driven, confident, and well-presented
• Comfortable working mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Passion for fitness and customer service
