We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Specialist to manage client acquisition, maintain customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the B2B / export / manufacturing domain.
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Manage existing clients and build long-term relationships
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
- Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 14 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
