Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Specialist to manage client acquisition, maintain customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the B2B / export / manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Manage existing clients and build long-term relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/solutions
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM updates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 14 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
