This full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru involves working as a Sales Specialist to drive and close sales opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, building and managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Specialist will contribute to creating and delivering training programs to educate clients on product features, alongside actively supporting sales management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to deliver training programs and educate clients on product features and solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with HR Tech products or software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of lead management processes is advantageous.
