Job Description

Role Description :

This is a role for a Sales /Solution Manager at Infomatics.As a Sales manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building relationships with clients. You will oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager must be able to communicate the value proposition of our mission-critical solutions and recognize revenue opportunities in their target market.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively engage in cold calling and leverage various market sources to generate high-quality leads.

2. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and take proactive steps to expand our market share.

3. Actively pursue new sales opportunities, building & managing strong pipelines and consistent revenue generation in line with business target.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services to clients. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.

5. Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and secure contract renewals. Negotiate terms and conditions that are favorable for both the client and the company.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales , support, and implementation team, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful account management.

7. Track and analyze sales data for assigned accounts. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

8. Cultivate and nurture existing customers relationship for strong retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

2. Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Sales Manager with a track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the BFSI/NBFC domain is a plus.

4. Preferably NISM certification in capital markets basics.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business administration, Finance, Sales or Graduation in BSc IT or Engineering in IT/Computer.

7. Experience working in IT solution sales is a plus
