Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering discipline
Employment Type: Full-time Field-based role with extensive travel

Job Role
The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing our range of products to foundries across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana . Key locations include Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Tenali, Tirupati, and Srikalahasti.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers (foundries) to introduce, demonstrate, and promote our product range.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure orders.
- Follow up to convert inquiries into repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and technical assistance when required.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and gain/loss customer reports for management review.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related engineering fields.
- Experience: 38 years in industrial/B2B sales; Foundry industry experience preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain engineering products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
