Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Service Coordinator. The Sales Service Coordinator will manage and coordinate customer service requests, maintain efficient communication between clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sales and service teams, facilitating processes, maintaining schedules, addressing client queries, and assisting in optimizing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
• Proficiency in Customer Service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with relevant software or tools for managing operations and communications
• Experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience 1-2 years.
• MS Office Proficiency.
