Location: Mumbai (Hybrid 2 days/week, half-day each, from office )

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Sales Retainers (Part-Time) with solid enterprise sales experience to strengthen our business development efforts in Mumbai. This is a flexible, high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong B2B network who can commit 20 hours per week , along with two in-office interactions per week (half-day each) .
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities across industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, Telecom, Retail, and more
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and procurement leaders
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs across language, content, multimedia, marketing, and eLearning services
- Deliver compelling sales pitches using White Globes best-in-class solutions
- Manage full sales lifecyclefrom outreach and pipeline building to negotiation and deal closure
- Provide insights to internal teams on client expectations and market dynamics
- Maintain weekly reports, funnel updates, and structured engagement
- Participate in twice-weekly office meetings (half-day each) for alignment, discussions, and reviews
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 510 years of enterprise sales experience in services sectors such as Language Services, IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, Media, eLearning, or Digital Solutions
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and closing enterprise accounts
- Strong client network in Mumbai
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a hybrid-part-time model
- Experience in retainer/fractional/freelance sales roles is an advantage
Quarterly Graded Retainership Fee Structure
Quarter 1 (Q1) Starting second Month: Based Solely on Relevant Experience
INR 20,000 INR 35,000 per month
Quarter 2 (Q2): Based on Performance + Achievement of Minimum Qualification Metrics
INR 35,000 INR 50,000 per month
Quarter 3 (Q3): Based on Performance + Qualification Metrics
INR 50,000 INR 65,000 per month
Quarter 4 (Q4): Based on Performance + Qualification Metrics
INR 65,000 INR 80,000 per month
