Location: Powai, Mumbai, India

Wanhua Chemicals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative & Technical Representative to spearhead our market development efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polymer sales, particularly in the PVC, Tio2 & Chemicals. Working experience in sales department with MNC culture would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the India market and achieve sales targets in primarily in Polymers products & industry.

2. Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable business deals and maintain long-term partnerships.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

4. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

B.E/B.Tech in Chemicals, Polymer / Major in Chemistry, or related field.

Proven track record of success in chemical sales, with a focus on Polymers.

Strong understanding of the india market and its dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel extensively within India.
