About the Role:

Onwords Private Limited is hiring motivated Inside Sales Executives for our Smart Home Solutions division. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from technical backgrounds who are eager to build a career in sales, customer engagement, and smart home automation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to smart home products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Clearly explain technical features, benefits, and pricing of products.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Coordinate with installation and technical teams when required.
• Willing to travel to client locations or sites when business requirements demand.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Diploma / BE / BTech in EEE or ECE is mandatory.
• Must possess strong technical knowledge related to electronics, electrical systems, IoT, or automation concepts.
• Must be fluent in English & Kannada
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in smart home, IoT, and automation technologies is highly preferred.
• Ability to learn products quickly and explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
