Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at Equipmasters Corporation, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent sales service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, conducting presentations, preparing proposals, and staying updated on product offerings and industry trends. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, an ability to build rapport, and effective collaboration with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present information effectively to clients
Analytical skills to identify market trends and devise strategies for customer acquisition
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
Knowledge of relevant products or industry is a plus
Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
