Location - Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai
Role Description
- Drivenew client acquisitionwithin theMass Affluent, HNI and UHNI segmentsthrough networking, referrals, outreach initiatives and market leads.
- Ensure aseamless client onboarding experience, coordinating with internal operations and customer service teams to deliver efficient and high-quality client service.
- Participate inclient financial planning and portfolio discussions, including asset allocation, understanding client requirements and risk appetite, and supporting the development of investment strategies aligned with client financial goals.
- Build and managelong-term client relationshipswithin the region, focusing on client retention, engagement and incremental AUM growth.
- Work towards achievingrevenue targets and AUM growth, while identifying opportunities to introduce relevant public market investment solutions to clients.
- Supportsales and client engagement initiatives, including events, outreach activities and analytics that help strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
Qualifications
Experience
- 310 years of experience in wealth management, retail/private banking, asset management, or financial product selling.
Market Knowledge
- Familiarity and comfort with public market investment products and wealth management solutions.
Sales Capability
- Demonstrated track record in financial product sales and understanding of client investment needs.
Education
- Degree in finance, business, investment, or a related field. Certifications such asNISM, AMFI, or similar will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication, relationship management, client engagement and analytical capabilities.
