Profile Details:
- Job Title: Sales Manager- Real Estate
- Location: Goa, Dona Paula & Goa Velha
- Experience : 26 years (Real Estate preferred)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focusedSales Candidateto manage walk-in clients, site visits, and deal closures at our Goa projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys on-ground sales, client interaction, and converting site opportunities into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Makeoutbound callsfor lead generation and follow-ups
- Handle walk-in and generated leads
- Arrange and conductsite visits & project presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking & documentation
- Maintain daily calling and sales activity reports
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at site
Candidate Requirements:
- Goodcommunication & convincing skills
- Comfortable withcalling and target-based work
- Presentable and client-handling oriented
- Willing to work on weekends as per site requirement
