Job Title: Project Sales Manager-Bangalore/Mumbai


A JOB THAT MATTERS: YOUR TASKS


The Project Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key partners (Architects, Consultants, Developers, Contractors, and Distributors) to ensure successful project execution and sales growth. This role involves identifying, researching, and addressing technical issues, attending site meetings, and promoting the company's products and services to drive business development.


Partner Management & Relationship Building:

Identify, research, and address technical challenges faced by partners. Build and nurture positive relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and distributors.

Sales & Business Development:

Actively participate in trade shows and product demonstrations, introducing new products/services and organizing visits to previous project sites to showcase success stories.

Site Engagement & Problem Solving:

Frequent travel to project sites for discussions with partners, attending site meetings, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Product Promotion & Customization:

Professionally promote products by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions, combining the right products, services, logistics, and support to position our client as a trusted global partner in premium access solutions.

Sales Negotiation & Order Management:

Negotiate prices, delivery times, and conclude sales orders within authority limits. Ensure that sales, profit, and growth targets are met.

Sales Administration & Process Management:

Oversee all sales administration tasks to ensure quality, efficiency, and transparency in processes, ensuring a smooth execution of sales orders and project delivery.


AN EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS


Experience:

Minimum of 8+ years in the project sales and management.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Skills & Attributes:

o Strong leadership abilities

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Highly self-motivated, result-focused, and independent

o Resourceful, innovative, and responsible with a drive to exceed targets

o This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can manage complex projects, foster strong relationships, and drive business results.
