This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for a Sales & Project Coordination Executive. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and coordinating project requirements from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing recommendations on suitable solutions, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. The individual will also conduct training sessions and support the sales team in achieving targets while delivering high-quality customer service.

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to support business growth and achieve targets
• Experience in conducting Training sessions to guide and enable team members
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
• Prior experience in the architectural or construction solutions industry is an advantage
