Job Description

The Sales Program Manager will act as the strategic planning partner to the Direct Sales (B2C) leadership team, driving commercial clarity, operational rigour, and scalable growth across markets.

This role will drive the thinking, design, and execution backbone behind:

  • Revenue planning & target architecture
  • Develop New Growth Frontiers
  • Pricing framework and implementation
  • Market expansion strategy
  • Product & packaging experimentation
  • Funnel efficiency and structural improvements
  • Incentive & compensation frameworks

This is a high-ownership, problem-solving role that directly influences revenue outcomes across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Architecture & Planning
  • Own the revenue model across markets (Leads Conversion Capacity)
  • Translate annual goals into market-level targets with clear productivity assumptions
  • Identify structural leakages and improve forecast accuracy and predictability
  • New Growth
  • Scan competitive landscapes, emerging verticals, and underserved customer segments to identify high-potential growth opportunities
  • Turn Insights into Playbooks Translate market intelligence and data into concrete, repeatable go-to-market strategies
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of new business initiatives from hypothesis to pilot to scale
  • Staffing & Capacity Design
  • Define optimal staffing by market maturity
  • Recommend hiring, redeployment, and structural adjustments to improve revenue per head
  • Commercial Guardrails
  • Design incentive frameworks aligned to market-first revenue ownership
  • Build target allocation logic grounded in capacity realities
  • Develop pricing and packaging guardrails to balance growth and unit economics
  • Market Expansion
  • Evaluate and design an entry strategy for new markets
  • Solve ambiguous growth and efficiency challenges across regions
  • Operating Discipline & Execution Systems
  • Standardise high-performance operating rhythms across markets
  • Build decision-oriented dashboards and governance frameworks
  • Ensure strategy translates into measurable execution on the ground

Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in consulting, growth strategy, business operations, or revenue planning roles
  • Demonstrated ability to build commercial models and influence business outcomes
  • Strong analytical capability with comfort in ambiguity and unstructured problem-solving
  • Proven experience designing targets, incentives, or scalable operating systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
  • High ownership mindset with bias for action and execution discipline

We are looking for someone who thinks like a business owner not an analyst.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution
  • MBA from a leading institute is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Consulting, Consumer Tech, Retail, or high-growth environments is a strong plus
