Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Professional with proven experience in Autodesk AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) solutions to drive business growth in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise selling capabilities, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a track record of achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales for Autodesk AEC solutions including lead generation, opportunity development, proposal management, negotiation, and closure.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, architecture, and engineering organizations.

Engage with senior stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers to understand project requirements and position appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with technical presales teams to deliver impactful presentations and solution demonstrations.

Manage key accounts and foster long-term partnerships to generate repeat business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

510 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, preferably in CAD, BIM, or engineering software.

Strong experience selling Autodesk AEC products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or BIM solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with enterprise or government clients is an added advantage.
