Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Professional specializing in AI & IT Solutions. This pivotal role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for technology sales who excels in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by high-growth opportunities and substantial earning potential. Based in our Bengaluru or Goa office, you will lead sales initiatives for our innovative AI, cloud, and custom software development offerings, targeting B2B clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Prospecting and Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and strategic lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Solution Selling: Effectively promote and sell AI-driven solutions, cloud services, and bespoke software development to B2B enterprises, tailoring pitches to address specific business challenges.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiations, contract closure, and post-sale support.
- Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical overviews to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in AI, IT, and software to inform sales strategies.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and share client insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvements in products, services, and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in software, IT, or AI solution sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and related IT solutions.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
