Bhashsms is one of Indias fastest-growing SME engagement platforms using WhatsApp, SMS, RCS & automation to help small businesses grow.
We are scaling from 1 Cr 3.5 Cr 200 Cr per month, and we want a strong Sales Performance Coach to accelerate the quality, confidence, and performance of our sales team.
This role is mission-critical to building the next generation of high-performing sales reps.
Role Overview
As a Sales Performance Coach, your job is to train, motivate, and improve new sales hires in their first 3090 days.
You will run:
- Daily coaching sessions
- Product training
- Call breakdown sessions
- Live objection-handling drills
- Performance improvement plans
Your goal:
Reduce attrition
Improve lead-to-payment conversion
Help new joiners hit targets faster
What You Will Do
Onboarding Training (First 7 Days)
- Run structured induction & product sessions
- Train on WhatsApp/SMS/RCS use cases
- Call etiquette, tone, and messaging
- CRM & pitching fundamentals
Performance Coaching (Days 730)
- Daily mock calls
- Role plays (objection handling, closing, follow-up)
- Script training & confidence building
- Identify weak areas early
Skill Deepening (Days 3090)
- Call listening & feedback sessions
- Improving DB calling quality
- Helping reps hit daily averages
- Weekly performance improvement plans
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with Sales Head, TLs & Retention
- Share daily training reports with HR
- Recommend improvements in scripts, quality & process
Skills Needed
Must Have
- Strong communication (English/Hindi)
- High energy + ability to motivate Gen Z
- Experience in inside sales / training
- Good understanding of performance metrics
- Ability to run roleplays & real-time feedback
Good to Have
- Experience in SaaS / CPaaS / EdTech sales
- Experience in telecalling coaching
- Understanding of WhatsApp Business API
