Our Turnover this FY is expected to cross INR 220 Million, and since 2002 Tirupati Office Systems Pvt Ltd (TOSPL) has been committed to innovating modern furniture and flooring solutions for offices and institutions in India. Partnered with renowned global and Indian brands such as Kokuyo(Earlier HNI India) , Welspun Flooring and Globus AV Systems. With over 1,000 clients served and pan-India delivery and installation, TOSPL has established itself as a trusted partner for businesses, architects, and contractors. Our Head office is Located in Gurugram and we have targeted to 5 X our turnover by 2030.
Role Description
- We are looking for a Partner, not an employee.
- Profit-Sharing role for a senior professional from the interior products industry.
- This is not a conventional sales job.
- This is a chance to build and own a business vertical.
- You bring the business. We provide the backbone. Together, we scale.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets and manage pipelines effectively.
Strong network with corporates, PMCs, architects, contractors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
Excellent customer service experience, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns efficiently.
Ability to provide training to partners and internal stakeholders on product knowledge and processes.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and knowledge of the interior design industry is a Must
A highly motivated and performance-driven mindset with the ability to work in an on-site team environment.
