Job Role
Were looking for an experienced part time Sales Coordinator to support our clients sales team by managing HubSpot CRM and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role requires someone mature, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with multiple stakeholders.
The selected candidate will work directly with the client and collaborate closely with various members of the sales team, so strong communication and ownership are essential.
Working Hours: 9:00 11:00 AM PT (9:30 PM 11:30 PM IST)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HubSpot CRM data hygiene (contacts, companies, deals, activities)
Ensure deals are accurately logged and moving through pipeline stages
Support the sales team with correct HubSpot usage and processes
Monitor pipelines and flag missing or stalled deals
Provide light sales coordination support
Act as a point of contact for CRM queries and internal coordination
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM in a sales environment
Strong English communication skills
Background in sales coordination / sales ops / CRM administration
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with a distributed team
Looking for someone who can own the CRM, collaborate with stakeholders, and work independently.
