Job Description

Our team at Evergreen Square is looking for an experienced Site Sales Team Leader to manage and drive on-ground sales and leasing activities at the project site.


This role is for professionals who are comfortable leading a field sales team, working at a project/construction site, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing commercial real estate deals.


Key Responsibilities - Read carefully before applying


Team Leadership & Sales Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of site sales executives
  • Assign daily targets and monitor on-ground sales activities
  • Ensure team presence at the project site during working hours
  • Train team members on project details, pricing, and client handling

  • On-Site & Field Sales

    • Handle walk-in clients and key prospects at the site
    • Conduct and supervise commercial property site visits
    • Assist the team in negotiations and deal closures
    • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers

    Sales Execution & Reporting

    • Track daily sales activity, site visits, and conversions
    • Maintain basic lead tracking and follow-up status
    • Share regular sales updates and performance reports with management

    Offline Marketing & Promotions

    • Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as site events, promotions, banners, and activations
    • Represent the project at exhibitions, property shows, and local events
    • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from the field

    Coordination & Compliance

    • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales support
    • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct at site
    • Support management in implementing sales strategies on ground


    Who Should Apply (IMPORTANT)


    This role is suitable ONLY for candidates who:

    • Have experience leading real estate field sales/site sales teams
    • Are comfortable working at a commercial project/construction site
    • Can manage people, targets, and on-ground execution
    • Are based in Noida / Greater Noida or comfortable commuting daily


    Preferred Qualifications & Experience

    • At least 13 years of experience in a team leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate sales
    • Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
    • Target-driven, confident, and capable of handling client negotiations
