Employment Note: The selected candidate for this position will be on the payroll of a third-party agency contracted by Porsche India. While the day-to-day responsibilities and work environment are aligned with Porsche India standards, the official employment contract will be administered by the payroll partner.


About the Role:


Sales Operations Specialist has a strong expertise in automotive industry analysis, dealer operations, demand forecasting, and performance reporting. Plays a key role in supporting sales strategy through data-driven insights, efficient order and inventory management, and close coordination with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to ensure optimized vehicle dispatches and accurate reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze premium and luxury automotive industry data, including market trends, segment performance, and brand-level movements, to prepare management-ready industry overviews and strategic insights.
  • Manage end-to-end dealer order management for high-value vehicles, ensuring accurate vehicle allocation, optimal inventory levels, and timely invoicing in line with OEM standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize dispatch planning, reduce lead times, and ensure careful handling and timely delivery of premium vehicles to dealer networks.
  • Prepare detailed sales, stock, and performance reports for internal controlling, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring high accuracy and governance.
  • Forecast and plan monthly, quarterly, and annual volumes for premium models, balancing demand signals, production constraints, and dealer capacity.
  • Act as a reporting and analytics specialist by evaluating internal lead and test drive data, identifying funnel inefficiencies, and recommending targeted actions to improve conversion and customer journey quality.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of luxury automotive brands, benchmarking volumes, product positioning, and market dynamics to support sales and pricing strategies.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Experience: 3-5years
  • Education: Post Graduate preferred
  • Skills: Sales Planning, Advanced Excel, Data Analysis, Demand Forecasting, MIS & Reporting, Inventory Management
