Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist based in Gurgaon. The responsibilities include supporting sales operations, analyzing sales data, streamlining sales processes, and providing exceptional support to the sales team. The role also involves assisting in customer relationship management and ensuring smooth communication between various teams to enhance sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage sales data for improved decision-making
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Experience in sales and sales operations in Insurance/ Mutual Fund Industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
