Sales Operations & Sourcing Executive (Electronics Components)

Supreme Components International is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Sales Operations & Sourcing Executive to support our growing business in India.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the sales team by handling sourcing activities, order fulfillment coordination, shipment documentation, and operational workflows that ensure fast and accurate execution of customer orders.

You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers, global suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure RFQs are sourced efficiently and customer orders are processed and delivered smoothly.

This is a hands-on operational role suited for someone who enjoys working with data, suppliers, logistics processes, and fast-paced execution.

Key Responsibilities

RFQ Sourcing Support

• Support the sales team by sourcing electronic components from authorized distributors, manufacturers, and approved supplier networks
• Use internal sourcing tools such as Chip Finder to identify potential suppliers and competitive pricing
• Send supplier enquiries and follow up to obtain pricing, lead times, and availability
• Compare multiple supplier quotations and prepare sourcing options for the sales team
• Maintain clear records of supplier quotations and sourcing communications

Order Processing & Fulfillment Coodination

• Create and process accurate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the ERP system
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements and delivery schedules
• Monitor supplier commitments and proactively follow up to avoid shipment delays
• Support the sales team in ensuring customer orders are processed quickly and accurately
• Track urgent orders and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch

Shipment & Logistics Documentation

• Prepare shipment documentation for domestic and international orders
• Handle documentation for INR shipments and customer billing requirements
• Coordinate import shipment paperwork for inbound material including samples and billing shipments
• Work with customs agents and logistics partners to support customs clearance for inbound shipments
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to the internal team

Operational & Compliance Support

• Assist in preparing documentation required for GST filings and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors and finance teams when supporting documentation is required
• Support payment follow-ups with customers when required and assist in resolving payment-related queries
• Maintain organized records of operational and financial documentation
• Assist with banking documentation and administrative processes when required

Sales Team Support

• Assist the sales team in managing high volumes of enquiries and RFQs
• Prepare Excel reports or order-loading sheets to support internal workflows
• Support internal team members with operational coordination and issue resolution
• Ensure accurate data entry, part number formatting, and packaging information in internal systems
• Act as an operational point of contact to help resolve day-to-day order execution challenges

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in electronics distribution, procurement, sales operations, or supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with electronic components, part numbers, and packaging terminology is a strong advantage
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Netsuite, Odoo, or similar
• Strong Excel skills including filtering, lookup formulas, and data organization
• Excellent written English and email communication skills for supplier coordination
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Experience working with electronic component distributors or EMS/OEM supply chains
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to follow through on operational tasks
• Comfortable communicating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Highly dependable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
