Wheelhub is a fast-growing platform for premium pre-owned two-wheelers (200cc650cc). We focus on transparency, trust, and quality to deliver a reliable buying and selling experience for riders. As we scale, were looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can own both sales and day-to-day operations.


Role Overview

This is a hybrid sales and operations role involving customer handling, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and field execution. You will manage leads, coordinate with dealers and partners, and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Customer Handling

  • Manage inbound/outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and website
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bikes
  • Schedule viewings/test rides and close sales
  • Coordinate financing, insurance, and documentation
  • Maintain follow-ups and update CRM


Vendor & Dealer Coordination

  • Coordinate with dealers, outlets, and mechanics across Bangalore
  • Source and verify pre-owned bikes based on quality and pricing
  • Negotiate purchase prices and manage documentation


Inventory & Operations

  • Ensure accurate listings with photos and condition details
  • Track bike status (sourcing, service, availability, delivery)
  • Coordinate deliveries, RC checks, and handovers
  • Support marketing with inventory and availability updates


Reporting

  • Maintain sales and sourcing trackers
  • Share regular performance and market updates with management


Requirements

  • 14 years of experience in sales/operations (automotive or retail preferred)
  • Strong communication in English & Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
  • Customer-focused with deal-closing ability
  • Comfortable with field visits and operational tasks
  • Basic CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp proficiency
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Willing to work 6 days a week


Preferred Skills

  • Used vehicle or automotive sales experience
  • Negotiation and follow-up expertise
  • Coordination with marketing or listing teams
  • High ownership and accountability
