Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by managing leads, maintaining CRM data, and providing operational insights. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving sales efficiency through accurate reporting and technical support. Knowledge of managing Leadsquare is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CRM data and lead tracking

Monitor and organize incoming leads and ensure proper allocation

Prepare sales reports and provide business insights to the team

Support the sales team with technical and process-related assistance

Ensure accurate data entry and maintain sales records

Coordinate with internal teams to streamline sales operations

Requirements

12 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Technical Support

Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with CRM tools- Leadsquare Preferred

Good analytical and reporting skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

Good communication and coordination skills
