Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Ops Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial servicespreferably in the loan or education financing sector and a strong ability to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into active clients
  • Conduct product presentations and consultations with prospective customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of client applications
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Customer Support) to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Keep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings

Key Requirements:

  • Freshers or 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in loan products or financial services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in the education loan segment is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
