Sales Operations Executive

Were building a 100 Cr Travel Brand at Awaiting Adventures and are looking for a Sales Operations Executive who can bring speed, structure & efficiency to our growing Sales Team.

Itineraries are accurate

CRM is always updated

Sales team works at peak efficiency

then this role is for you.

You will be responsible for:

• Assigning incoming leads instantly to Sales Team
• Tracking response time & follow-ups
• Preparing itineraries as per SOP
• Coordinating with Ops team for availability
• Maintaining CRM accuracy (daily updates)
• Generating weekly sales performance reports
• Monitoring pipeline & stuck leads
• Ensuring zero lead leakage

Your work will directly impact our conversion rate & revenue growth.

• Lead Assignment Time: <15 mins
• Follow-up Compliance: 95%+
• CRM Accuracy: 98%
• Proposal Turnaround Time: <2 hrs
• Zero Lead Leakage (Mandatory)

• 13 Years Experience in Travel / Sales Ops / CRM
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets Skills
• Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience with travel itineraries is a plus

Location: Ghatkopar West

Timing: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM (45 hrs/week)

2nd & 4th Saturday Off | All Sundays Off
