Sales Operations Executive

We are a growing travel company offering Domestic and International tour packages, including group tours, bike trips, honeymoon packages, and customized holidays. Our destinations span across India and international locations, and we focus on delivering seamless travel experiences with strong customer support.

• Handle inbound leads for Domestic & International travel packages
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable itineraries
• Explain destinations, visa basics, inclusions/exclusions, pricing & timelines
• Follow up via calls & WhatsApp and convert leads into bookings
• Upsell add-ons such as flights, activities, and upgrades
• Maintain lead data and conversion status in CRM/Excel

• Assist in handling Domestic & International trip operations based on competence
• Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, and international vendors
• Support visa documentation coordination (basic level)
• Share travel documents, vouchers, and itineraries with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth trip execution
• Provide customer support before and during trips if required

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
• Interest and basic knowledge of travel destinations (India & Abroad)
• Good convincing and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable with customer calls and WhatsApp communication
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
