What would you do? A CSR has to play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. They interact with customers via various channels, such as phone, email, or chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. They must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude. They also document customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services and maintain positive customer relationship. Responsible for providing accuracy and speed in support to customers through a variety of administrative activities. Work within established guidelines to achieve the objectives of the service agreement consistent with customer expectations, company policy and profit and quality requirements. Escalate issues to appropriate parties, as necessary, to ensure proper resolution. Service request processing Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Providing accurate and helpful information to address customer concerns or resolve issues. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company s products or services. Collaborating with other departments, if necessary, to address complex problems. Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance for customers experiencing product or service-related issues. Documenting technical support interactions for future reference and improvement. Escalate inquiries to appropriate resources Open to work in Night Shifts (US Time Zone)

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments The decisions that you make would impact your own work You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
