Department: Sales / Revenue Operations
Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Analytics Executive to drive revenue growth through deep data insights. This role will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, sales trends, ARPU, attach rates, product penetration, and all metrics that reveal opportunities within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate is exceptionally strong in mathematics, data analytics, and pattern recognition, capable of transforming raw data into actionable insights for our Account Managers.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and strategy, ensuring every account opportunity is identified, quantified, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Analytics
Analyze customer purchasing patterns, product usage, buying cycles, and revenue contribution.
Track and optimize ARPU, attach rates, cross-sell and upsell metrics.
Build customer segmentation models to identify high-value / at-risk / growth-potential customers.
Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports that highlight opportunities at both account and portfolio levels.
Opportunity Identification
Identify revenue opportunities from existing customers and proactively feed them to relevant Account Managers.
Develop next best product recommendations for each customer using historical and predictive analytics.
Monitor product penetration and highlight gaps where customers should be buying but currently are not.
Sales Operations Support
Maintain a clean, structured, and actionable CRM environment (including data accuracy, hygiene, and reporting).
Build forecasting models to support pipeline visibility and revenue planning.
Standardize sales reports and automate recurring analytical processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Leadership, and Product Teams to ensure insights translate into actions.
Support the Managing Director with ad-hoc deep-dive analyses and strategic decision inputs.
Present findings clearly, visually, and with strong commercial reasoning.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
Strong mathematical aptitude ability to work with complex datasets, trends, and statistical models.
Advanced skill in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
Proven experience in sales analytics, customer analytics, or business intelligence.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into simple, actionable commercial recommendations.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working in a technology, distribution, or B2B sales environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Background in statistics, business analytics, finance, mathematics, or engineering.
Experience with SQL or Python for advanced analytics.
