Overview:
We are expanding our Sales Operations Performance Management team and seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Intelligence and CRM Analytics (CRMA). This role will be pivotal in accelerating our Salesforce transformation and elevating how we deliver insights, dashboards, and analytics across our global Sales organization.
You will partner closely with Sales Operations Business Partners, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and visualizations that drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, visualization, and sales strategy — and who is passionate about building modern analytics experiences in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Analytics (CRMA) & Revenue Intelligence Development
- Design, build, and iterate on CRMA dashboards, dataflows, datasets, and lenses to support forecasting, pipeline health, and sales performance visibility.
- Build advanced analytics and actionable visualizations in Revenue Intelligence, including forecast accuracy trends, pipeline movement, rep/manager scorecards, and risk indicators.
- Partner with Business Partners and Sales Leaders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
Data Modeling & Governance
- Create and maintain CRMA data models supporting multi-source datasets (Salesforce, ERP, marketing, and internal data).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all analytics assets through data validation and governance.
- Identify data quality issues proactively and drive resolution with cross-functional partners.
- Build and manage dashboards supporting QBRs, leadership cadences, and weekly CRO reporting.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or CRM Analytics roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Einstein Analytics) — including datasets, dataflows, bindings, SAQL/SOQL, dashboards, and recipes.
- Demonstrated experience building Revenue Intelligence dashboards or advanced Salesforce sales analytics (forecasting, pipeline, rep performance).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core objects (Opportunities, Accounts, Users, Forecasting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and executive-ready reporting.
- Experience supporting Sales, GTM, or SaaS organizations.
- A team player who collaborates well with both technical and business audiences.
- A self-starter who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about elevating how sales teams consume insights.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment — especially during a Salesforce system upgrade and reporting transformation.
