What are we looking for? Skillset: Excellent written communication and orals skills; Email Etiquette; Advanced Word and PowerPoint; Basic Excel Ability to work well in a team, Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (including very Sr. Leadership), Ability to meet writing deadlines. Content writing, content management, content curation, content maintenance experience / exposure / willingness to learn. Coordination/collaboration - Work with delivery teams involved in client projects to ensure that final stories are added to the repositories. Functional Expertise Knowledge/ experience of content writing, content management, project management, content curation Experience / usage of any CMS tool / repository. Sector Expertise Understanding of Accenture offerings Understanding the multiple technologies Language Expertise Proficiency in English Educational Qualification Must have: Having done graduation or post-graduation around: English, Communicative English, Journalism, Communication Science, Media, etc. Must have: 3.5+ years of extensive writing experience (Client stories, proposals, sales presentations, pre-sales collaterals) Experience / Exposure / knowledge of Content writing including content curation, maintenance, tagging, classification, taxonomy of Content. Strong observation skills Ability to multi-task Good knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint and MS Office Skills & Work Experience Must support working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs Must have excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines May be required to travel Nothing in this job description restricts management s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.
Roles and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities include: The content writer analyst will be responsible for working collaboratively with various Pursuit Services team members and other stakeholders to create compelling client stories and publish them on to the knowledge repositories, for access and use by different groups and individuals within the organization. The content writer analyst would need to independently manage the client stories track end to end:- Case Study/Success Story creation Interviewing project/BD teams to gather inputs and creating compelling case studies; convert technical information to easy simple language; managing trackers and reporting. Extensively collaborate with delivery/capability teams, SMEs, Senior Leadership to gather required project/technical information. Ability to communicate complex and technical information more easily.
