Sales Operations & Accounts Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations & Accounts Executive to manage order processing, invoicing, customer portal operations, and coordination with warehouses and clients. The role requires strong operational discipline, familiarity with accounting tools, and the ability to manage multiple order channels including modern trade, wholesale, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales orders and deliveries across modern trade, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
• Log in to customer portals, download Purchase Orders (POs), and track order-related emails daily.
• Prepare invoices and coordinate order withdrawal and dispatch from the 3PL warehouse.
• Manage e-commerce platforms including price updates, promotions, and product listings.
• Process product returns and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain records.
• Maintain financial entries and records using QuickBooks or Xero.
