Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Officers to lead our business development efforts in the districts of Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will specialize in the sales and promotion of organic agri-inputs for farming, landscaping, and gardening applications, while developing and managing a network of dealers, retailers, and landscaping agencies.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute district-level sales plans for organic agri-input products.

Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, farm kendra outlets, and landscaping agencies.

Achieve monthly sales and dealer appointment targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for end-users and channel partners.

Build commercial relationships with farmers, nurseries, landscaping professionals, and retail shop owners.

Coordinate with the central team for marketing campaigns, logistics, and after-sales support.

Generate daily/weekly field activity reports via mobile apps or designated platforms.

Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market feedback.

Need to travel 4 - 5 districts from your base location, & it's a mandate to cover a minimum of 12 dealers/distributors every day.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-Business, or related fields (Preferred).
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in agri-inputs, organic products, or related sectors.
  • Strong local network among farmers, dealers, and garden/landscape contractors.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
  • Comfortable using mobile-based reporting tools and apps.
