Role Overview
Directly responsible for driving Primary and Secondary sales targets across Bangalore. This role focuses on managing major Modern Trade accounts (B2B/B2C) and leading a field team to ensure market dominance.
Core Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage relationships with DMart, Reliance, Metro, Walmart, Lulu, Spar, and Star Bazaar.
- Operations: Oversee Cash & Carry and Hypermarket segments; handle distributors and stock replenishment.
- Team Leadership: Direct handling of TSIs, Promoters, and Merchandisers to ensure in-store execution.
- Market Growth: Expand territory footprint and optimize product visibility.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in Modern Trade (FMCG/Consumer Goods).
- Proven Track Record: Specific experience working with the listed MT accounts (DMart, Reliance, etc.) is mandatory.
- Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the Bangalore territory and fluency in the local language.
- Candidate should be based in Bangalore
