Sales Officer – Growth & Membership Partnerships

Role Overview

Dr. Morepen Home is expanding its preventive and long-term care vertical. We are looking for a driven Sales Officer who can contribute to scaling our healthcare membership business.

This role focuses on revenue growth, structured lead management, and improving customer acquisition performance through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for the membership vertical
• Manage lead pipeline and follow-up systems
• Guide prospective clients through structured conversations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain CRM discipline and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams

Ideal Candidate

• 1 to 4 years experience in sales or business development
• Qualifications- B.tech from Tier I/II colleges , MBA (optional)
• Healthcare, insurance, or membership experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Target-driven and process-oriented
