Role Overview
Dr. Morepen Home is building strategic partnerships with employers across India and global markets. This role focuses on developing and managing corporate relationships within the employer benefits ecosystem.
The Sales Officer will engage HR leaders and senior decision-makers, build a structured partnership pipeline, and contribute to enterprise-level closures through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage corporate partnership pipeline
- Engage HR leaders, Benefits Heads, and CXO-level stakeholders
- Present structured healthcare partnership solutions
- Develop proposals and participate in commercial discussions
- Maintain long-term employer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Ideal Candidate
- 1 to 4 years experience in B2B or enterprise sales
- Experience engaging corporate stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling structured or mid-to-long sales cycles
- Qualifications - B.tech from Tier I/II colleges , MBA (optional)
