This role offers front-row exposure to artist curation, bookings, client conversations, and business building within the weddings and events space. OME is a fast-paced and exciting environment for creative minds and high-performing sales professionals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING :

• Exclusive Artist Roster
• General Artist Roster
• Customised Entertainment Packages

WHO YOU'LL BE SELLING TO :

• Wedding planners
• Event planners
• Private clients
• Venues
• Direct social media leads

This role includes both cold outbound outreach and inbound lead handling.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN :

• Cold outreach and lead generation
• Building and maintaining relationships with planners and industry contacts
• Pitching artists, acts, and entertainment packages
• Client calls and meetings
• Follow-ups and lead nurturing
• Negotiations and deal closures
• Meeting revenue targets
• Coordinating closures with the management team
• Tracking leads and updating sales status regularly

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

• 25 years of experience in events / weddings / entertainment / artist management sales
• A sharp communicator who is highly confident on calls
• A strong negotiator who can handle high-ticket clients
• Someone already connected to the wedding / events industry
• A self-starter who takes initiative and drives results
• Hungry for targets, money, and growth
• A strong relationship builder with a go-getter mindset
• Strong phone-sales ability is a must

NON-NEGOTIABLES :

• Prior event industry experience
• Strong phone sales ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiner preferred

ADDITIONAL NOTE :

This role may involve occasional travel for meetings, but it is primarily a phone-driven, relationship-led sales role.

Compensation : Fixed salary + incentives (in line with industry standards)
