Sales & Marketing Specialist (Hybrid - Bangalore)

MeetMux (by Altrodav Technologies) is looking for high-energy, result-oriented Sales & Marketing professionals to join our Bangalore team. We are disrupting the engineering hiring landscape and need "Closers" who can communicate value to both elite talent and C-suite executives.

The Deadline: We are hiring and onboarding within 48 Hours. If you are selected, you start immediately.

• Fixed Salary: 6,00,000 (6 LPA)
• Variable Incentive: 6,00,000 (6 LPA) based on performance.
• Total OTE (On-Target Earnings): 12,00,000 (12 LPA).
• Mode: Hybrid (Bangalore Office + Remote).
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday.

1. Lead Conversion: Turn high-intent interest into active participants for our Industry Immersion ecosystem.
2. Market Presence: Execute local and digital marketing strategies to maintain our brand's "Elite" positioning.
3. Stakeholder Management: Engaging with both individual candidates and corporate hiring partners.

1. Day 1: Resume Screening & Initial Pitch (Phone/Virtual).
2. Day 2: Final Face-to-Face Interview & Offer Letter Issuance.
