JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth. The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives, generating quality leads, managing sales activities, and ensuring timely closure of sales. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set across digital marketing, sales strategy, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across online and offline platforms.

Generate leads through digital marketing channels and convert leads into successful sales closures.

Plan, run, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage website content and social media platforms to maintain a strong digital presence.

Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance reach and engagement.

Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships to drive sales growth.

Handle client interactions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Implement customer engagement and retention strategies to improve loyalty and long-term value.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Track marketing and sales performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvement plans.

REQUIREMENTS

MBA (Regular) from a reputed university (Mandatory)

0-1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing

Prior experience in the car rental industry is an advantage

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and paid ad campaigns

Proven ability in lead generation and sales closure

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing platforms
