This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in Gurugram. The role includes developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns to promote our interior design services, and managing client relationships to drive business growth. The candidate will collaborate with the design and operations teams, conduct market analysis, identify business opportunities, and work to build the companys brand presence effectively.

• Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Campaign Execution
• Strong skills in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
• Ability to implement effective branding, marketing communications, and promotional strategies
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proficient in using CRM tools, marketing software, and data analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
