The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a vital role in to connect with prospective brokers. Maintaining relationship with existing brokers, identify new business opportunities and ensure generating revenue for company by leasing commercial offices.

Job Description:

Lead generator & Deal closure.

To sale flats & office premises.

Search for pre lease assets.

To lease Commercial offices.

To visit Brokers, Corporate Firms & Companies.

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry influencers.

Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract potential buyers.
