Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence for high-quality, engineered solar module mounting structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background in the solar industry, a deep understanding of steel fabrication or aluminum mounting systems, and the ability to build long-term relationships with EPC contractors, developers, and distributors.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting EPC companies, solar developers, project integrators, and large-scale, commercial & industrial clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to technical presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct site visits, technical consultations, and feasibility discussions with clients to offer the best-fit mounting solution.
  • Handle Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) efficiently, ensuring accurate technical proposals.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy (preferred). MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
  • Experience:3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in solar mounting structures, steel fabrication, or related solar component manufacturing.
  • Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of rooftop and ground-mounted systems, structural engineering principles
