Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive admissions and brand awareness.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, print media, and outdoor advertising.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local educational partners for collaborations and tie-ups.
• Conduct seminars, events, and promotional activities to attract prospective students.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to plan effective marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure lead conversion and target achievement.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets and reports on campaign performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 27 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the education sector).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
